Not as advertised it isn’t wool and is not silk lined very badly packaged in fact completely flat when arrived nothing like the the photo in the advert for the hat, then your told just pop it back into shape and you can have £2 compensation I did not want compensation I just wanted the hat as it was advertised and payed for and also the first time I have had to give negative feedback
