I have bought a similar item, a Charles vacuum as an 'Open Box' item from this seller and it really is like new and works great and saved me some money. The item itself makes a great coffee but I am amazed that when I bang the coffee holder to empty the coffee basket, the basket drops out as well, which makes the process messy. This is because the basket does not have a bayonet fit.
