The seller contacted me within minutes “[...] i am sorry i am not letting this go for £5.50 and cancelled the transaction. There was no “Hello” from this fellow and he was not sorry. He relisted them immieditely for £54. Did this guy just valued his good name, reputation as a seller and respect towards him at £48.50?

    I did apologize. i did say hello as well. it was my mistake for putting no reserve on the listing. i am not selling over 20 original paintings [framed] for £5.50. i told him i am relisting these items if he still wanted them. he did not respond or even say that he had received the message. he only said "well i hope you know what you've done". this is ebay. i can choose to sell my items at whatever price I WANT.
