The item I received was not the item advertised in the listing. When I raised this issue with the seller they offered to refund me since they were unable to provide a replacement, however what I received was only a partial refund. When I contacted the seller regarding my confusion and dissatisfaction at receiving only a partial refund, they were incredibly rude and unprofessional. Not a very pleasant buying experience at all, I would not recommend purchasing from this store.

I replied and apologised that the wrong item had been sent, I couldnt send the correct pair as they are currently out of stock, I offered to send them once back in or I could refund the item, which you asked me to do, I refunded the FULL amount of the item but not the postage you then got a little rude in your message, so I asked you to open a case with ebay where the prepaid return label would be sent to you, you replied ive left negative feedback, refund postage and I will remove.
