Fridge I ordered for my brother arrived damaged front door and a 1" split to inside. The seller , notified and said they would send a replacement out and collect the damaged one at the same time. However back & forth the messages went to get the replacement and collection date and time. Seller notified me they did not have the same fridge i ordered, gave choice of different model. It did turn up DPD, but no collection! more messages, eventually being collected by unknown courier no paperwork!
