    READ IT AND SOAK UP THE INFORMATION!

    This book is excellent for anyone that is just recently exploring alternative natural healing of the soul. It teaches and gives in depth explanations and directions on how to use bach flowers. It is also a good reference manual, that I keep at hand for looking up different symptoms I experince in life's challenging, difficult or quiet times. Reading this book has let me explore myself as a person, certain issues of my life and has also helped me to identify with different personality traits in others. Even someone that finds themselves interested in Bach flowers, but not ready to invest in all 38 flowers, this book will help you identify the issues that affect you the most. I started off only getting a few flowers, the ones that I felt I would benefit from the most. And this book was well ...

    Wish it was in color

    The information itself is interesting and enjoyable but would be more helpful if the flower pictures were in color. No way I could identify the flowers from the simplicitic drawings.
