Ich wollte das Teil zurückrufen, da ich das zugehörige Klimagerät in meiner Wohnung nicht installieren darf. Leider hat sich der Versand nicht stoppen lassen. Der Verkäufer machte mir den Vorschlag, dass ich es behalten kann und er mir 10 Euro zurück erstatten will. Ich war mit 10 bis 15 Euro einverstanden ud habe ihm das auch geschrieben. Aber er hat wohl Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten. Ich warte also noch auf Antwort, bin aber auch bereit, das Teil zurück zu geben, wenn ich nur wüsste, wie.
