I love it! About to become a grandma, and it's time to continue the holiday "Cranberry Mousse" tradition. I have sworn that I will not add strange ingredients (vegetables/meats) to these things. The first recipe I tried came out well after putting the bottom (inverts to top when removed) in warm water, then loosening the top edges with a butter knife. It's old, but so well made that it probably works as well as it did when new. It came quickly and in good shape.

The Tupperware Jel-Ring is a classic gelatin mold. As you can see from the photo, the Jel-Ring makes for a stunning presentation. The tupperware seals make it easier to unmold and the big seal is actually quite helpful to keep things from touching your mold while it is gelling in the refrigerator.
