The shipping was fast, and I received the unit in good condition. The seller also provided additional installation instructions when asked. The frame ended up being too big for my car (Mazda 5 2009), but the seller offered a 50% refund and let me keep the entire unit. Although the product wasn't a fit, I am very grateful to allesradio for all of their help. They had same-day responses, were always kind and friendly during our communications, and were transparent about their business process.

Lightening fast shipping! WRONG ITEM SENT, received one that DID NOT have DVD player in it!!! It is clear that the ad had a DVD player in it, even states what types of video it would play! It is my belief sellers PURPOSEFULLY mislead buyers and ebay's new policies are specifically geared to protect sellers, BUYERS BEWARE!!!!
This seller DID accept return with their shipping. Shipping was VERY fast. Disappointed it did not have DVD player. 'Bout done with ebay...
