Extremely fast shipping and the book was very carefully packed so no damage could occur. They put a stiff cardboard backing against the book to prevent it bending. Most book sellers just put the book loosely n an envelope. The book was advertised as being in "acceptable" condition but is in fact in much better shape than that. it looks unread and the spine and binding are intact - you would hardly know it's 40 years old. I highly recommend this bookstore

Goethe Books and Cards receives a positive rating here because of great communication and customer service. Although the item was shipped in a timely manner, it was lost by either Canada Post, USPS or customs. While the seller offered a full refund immediately after two weeks of no-show, I wanted the item enough to patiently wait thirty days (my idea) for delivery. Unfortunately, our patience was not rewarded by the postal service. Today, the gracious seller refunded the costs to me.
