The food processor was well wrapped and all boxed up securely, once I had un boxed and unwrapped all the attachments and pieces I noticed that the drive shaft was missing and emailed the seller who quickly replied and posted the missing part with no problem. The add said there would be some minor signs of use but I can honestly say that I cannot see any signs of previous use, the food processor looks brand new. I would highly recommend this seller

    A good reliable branded product.

    After years of buying numerous hand can openers which invariably caused me can-opener rage because they would either stick, or just turn a centimetre or two, break my nails and I would feel like screaming in frustration ( I did sometimes). I would then buy another waiting for a miracle to happen I gave up and bought the Kenwood after reading some very favourable reviews. Ahhhh, bliss. What a difference it has made. Cans open effortlessly in seconds. It's compact so can be stored in a cupboard when not in use. It's a branded item and well recognised for it's quality and durability, so a good safe purchase. I can't believe I waited so long and neither will you. And the bonus? I got this at the lowest price I could find on the web off this E-Bay seller. Talk about a win, win.

    sturdy, works well and feel sure good quality, just not suitable for my needs

    I got this electric one because my right thumb is too weak to use a normal hand held can opener but found I still need a fair bit of strength to work this one ie holding the can in place. As for the add on bottle opener and knife sharpener they were superfluous as already had good quality ones and are a bit cheap. It takes a fair bit of room on worktop for the number of times used given most cans are now ring pull type so a can ring pull instead would've made the product much more useful. The unit itself quite expensive but is sturdy, works well and feel sure good quality, just not suitable for my needs so should really have returned it.

    Easy to use solid tin opener

    Quick, easy to use. Cable cab tidies away into rear of item. Knife sharpener works and is great addition. Also the pull out bottle opener is great. My previous electric kenwood tin opener lasted 45 yrs, so have great hopes for his updated version.

    Good quality for the tin opener . 50/o for the tin and bottle opener.

    The knife sharpener is not to good. And the plastic bottle opener is not to good could be metal. Apart from that it's really easy to use if your suffering from arthritis of the hands.
