2. As the buyer, you also agree not to export Ex-Military items to any Country without obtaining the appropriate clearance and documentation, Rays-Tek Surplus Ltd. do not accept any liability should you choose to ignore this requirement.
 
3. All our aircraft parts are sold as display items with no airworthy guarantee.
 
3. In order to qualify for "Get It Fast" option orders must be received and paid for before 1pm GMT. All orders sent this way are subject to the terms and conditions of the service provider and we cannot be held responsible for any delays of service that are beyond our control. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by a failure of the service, however they should arise, caused by issues with the service provider used.
 
4. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 we will refund an item if the buyer changes their mind within 14 days of the day on which the item was delivered. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, buyers have a period of 7 working days after the date of delivery within which they can cancel the contract (often referred to as the "cooling off" period) and get their money back, including the original postage and packing charges.
