Had to raise an Ebay case, seller offered a replacement which I was happy with, then presented a different unbranded item of lower value - of course not suitable. The seller agreed to refund after this. I had to chase the refund repeatedly, it was only processed the day before Ebay escalation after I advised I wasn't going to forget about this. Poor experience, can't recommend this seller based on experience.

    Diamond Elite Steam Iron

    It's not lightweight but my wife says it needs to be reasonably weighty in order for her to iron properly. Its performance is perfect and she is very pleased indeed with it.

    Too heavy, had to change the way I iron but it does get the creases out. Cable too long, gets in the way.
