Pained to leave this feedback, as the service was pretty good. Delivered as described, in specified timeframe and delivered with care. Shame that it arrived unfit for purpose though. Plumbed in and test rinse carried out, opened door and big plumbe of smoke and burning smell. Drum rubbing on seal. Was a customer return but clearly their 'repurpose team' leave a lot left to be desired. Spoke to AO who don't do repairs, assured me it was checked over. Yeah alright, sorry.......but that don't wash!

Good Machine with all the spec
Just purchased this Zanussi washer dryer and so far it’s been impressive. First thing you notice is how quiet the direct drive motor is compared to my old machine. The drain and spin are noisier but still not too bad. My cons would be a sticking detergent drawer, but hopefully this will loosen up with use, and the detergent flap for liquid detergent which I’m told needs to be up so in effect allows the detergent straight into the machineJust purchased this Zanussi washer dryer and so far it’s been impressive.
