I ordered these over two weeks ago. I have had 3 emails telling me the items are at the post office when I get there they are not. Last visit the post office checked the tracking number and said they were on their way back to bench. I have since had ANOTHER email saying they are not there. I want a REFUND NOW so I can buy more. Asap. Absolutely Appalling customer service and communication.
