The seller described it as "New and as it left the factory". It wasn't. The one bag containing the majority of the parts had been cut open along one end and items free from the sprue were loose in the box. I messaged the seller but they complained about the time taken to reply, denied the problem and said that "the item was as they received it and as far as they were aware, the bag was sealed".Reply from: fiddes7205- Feedback replied to by seller fiddes7205.- Feedback replied to by seller fiddes7205.I replied immediately offering my sympathy for you having being unwell but reminding you that the kit had been in your possession for one month. I have no way of knowing what happened to the kit in that time, but there is no way whatsoever that you received the kit with the parts loose in the box as per your photograph. I received no response from you, but instead you have posted a damaging review of my conduct as a seller which had been standing at 100% for some years.
