I honestly can't even express how amazing this seller was in a time crunch, my sister's house was hit by lightning and it destroyed the alarm system. My company overnighted me everything, but didn't have a keypad in stock. I messaged the seller and explained I needed it the next day, not only did he drive the hour to drop it off for overnight service, but he also covered the additional charge for shipping it overnight!
