Should have arrived by Fri 12th January. Posted on Mon 15th and delivered Wed 17th. Only correspondence was to be informed not posted yet when I asked for tracking number. Was supposed to be returned to factory settings but it took 3 days to clear the rubbish out. Eventually I have a machine that is really very good, the one saving grace or this would have been negative feedback.
