    Earl Mindell's Vitamin Bible

    I liked the book because it gives me more options than regular medicine or over the counter treatments for just about anything and everything, including headaches, stress, acne, etc. You name it, it explains it. Like why you have personal issues and cravings and what you should take to improve your health. What vitamins you should take for your specific job type. There's nothing i dislike about this book. Its extremly helpful in so many ways you wouldn't believe. I would recommend everyone to buy this book, there is nothing useless in it at all.
