He has been unreasonable from start to end. He has got his full refund, it was his own fault not reading item description, when I told him that I will follow ebay refund policy He didn't like it. He has been using bad language 3 occasions and he has been reported for this. I have been ebay member over 17 years but never seen any disrespecting members like him. I will make sure he gets punished for this.
