The item arrived with no heels intact, all photos uploaded and description never mentioned anything about this, item also arrived late and waited over a month to me contacting them on the day they arrived to raise all of this, also accused me of somehow worsening to the damage based on the photos from the unboxing I took as soon as I opened them. Highly disappointed with the lack of cooperation and the £5 offer of a refund
