Hi, everyone can assess whether these tiny dents are caused by postal damages! I told the seller the external and internal packagings were good when vases received. Besides, the photos of the seller's advertisement also do not have the shooting angle that the dents locate. These dents likely not caused by postal damages or being newly created and probably exist before shipment. The seller still proceed to make claims on shipping insurance. Is this not justifable and fair. Will not deal again!

The vases were packaged well for transit. They arrived with some superficial damage which had occurred in transit/customs. The client refused to return the vases for a refund. The client also refused to fill-out the required paperwork to obtain insurance compensation from the postal-service. Their claims were unsubstantiated and extorting a partial refund with the threat of negative/neutral feedback.
