The item was purchased on May 1st; not shipped until May7th. Seller never answered my question as to why it took 7 days. There was extensive confusion regarding when shipment would arrive and whether it was on FedEx or USPS. In the end the seller was wrong and the package was delivered by USPS on May15th. The original arrival date was supposed to be May11th. The item was packed well, arrived without damage, was as described and worked as expected so the other problems were just irritating noise.
