Payments: We accept Paypal, Credit & Debit Cards (Processed via Paypal) Only. Payment MUST be made within 3 days of end of auction. The item will be re-listed for auction if payment is not received within this timeframe and the eBayer reported to eBay for non-payment.
Postage: Postage will be by a 2nd Class signed for service either by Royal Mail or other delivery service depending on location weight and value of the item. We normally dispatch with in 2 days of payment receipt and items normally delivered with in the UK with in 4-5 days. Please upgrade postage if special or recorded required.
 
Upon Receipt of Item: Please check package for any damage. If you notice any damage or are unsure – please sign for as damaged – if this is not noted I am NOT able to claim from the courier company and you will have accepted the item as good condition
 
Goods Damaged in Transit: All damaged items must be reported once received – but NOT by sending negative feedback – please report it to me via the eBay email system. If a claim due to damaged items is needed. Please use the forms and information on www.royalmail.com– Customer service section, I will be happy to provide the receipt of posting, time and date when we signed the goods over to Royal Mail. You will be required to submit damaged item and packaging for inspection.

Returns: Returns must be undamaged and in original sealed packaging with in 7 days. We are unable to accept any item that can become contaminated by contact i.e. Nail Polish and other solutions.Buyer responcible for return postage and refunds will be less postage cost or £2.50 if post free item.

    If this was the genuine OPI nail varnish it would have five stars, but this is a COPY, So it’s not the same quality, is thin and watery, and does not stay on
