Already contacted seller no response. Very disappointed this item was well packaged and protected in shipment so it was not damaged due to shipping etc. The Singing and Talking Big Bird does not sing! It now is basically a stuffed Big Bird!. It is advertised as brand new but does not do what it is suppose to do. The seller should have known this and checked before selling it. Even though advertised damaged box, and brand new, it should have stated does not work! Never again.
