  • an instant conversation piece, bought for a reasonable price, no regrets

This camera was bought more to display than to use. Everything seems to work on it, but even if it is a russian replica, it is replicating an eighty odd year old design. Nonetheless, the workmanship is better than the average russian camera, and it can fool many people. The replicator however may need a german thesaurus - he spelled "krigsmarine" instead of "kreigsmarine" on the camera top. • Good esthetics, does not work

Camera is in great exterior shape but the shutter does not go off.

  • Old technology and cool!

This camera is as classy as the original Leica's with a little more visual P-ZAZ. If you like the feel and fun of using old analog technology, then one of these is right for you. Unlike the simple digital/auto units of today, these older units offer the photo enthusiast a little mental challenge to learn the older film methods. The PICS you get from these are really cool to look at, especially if you go all the way and shoot in black & white.

  • Beautiful Leica II(D) Replica

Beautifully restored camera in good working condition. Nice, collectable camera for display or use.
