Unfortunately the print head did not work but I was offered another one without returning the original one. I was also offered useful formation about things I could try to get my printer working. From this it would seem that it is actually the motherboard that will need replacing. I was impressed but the prompt help. The print head that was sent arrived on time and was very well packed. A very good service. I recommend them
