Great experience! Kate was very friendly and helpful and arranged the guitar to be shipped fast - it arrived in 2 working days from Poland to Slovenia. Packaging was great and they even included some free gifts (t-shirt, high quality guitar strap, cookie cutters, chocolate). Guitar was setup up great. All in all, I would buy from them again, prices are very competitive.
