Dann wurde der Artikel ggf. feucht in der Folienverpackung. In so einem Fall macht es mehr Sinn mit uns in Kontakt zu treten als nur plump zu bewerten. Wir können leider keine Gedanken lesen. Man hätte den Artikel austauschen können.
