Although the seller did eventually refund me, it took a lot of persuasion for him to do so and the threat of me contacting E-Bay.
The item description is sold as a Jellycat when it arrived it was horrendous and certainly not a Jellycat more like a dog toy with no tags what so ever, very poorly made.
