The item was not as described. It was advertised as being a new Electric Shaver but when it arrived the box had obviously been opened before and the packaging was damaged. On contacting the seller they advised that they had made a 'mistake' in the details and it should have been listed as an ex-display model. A £5.00 discount was offered as compensation but I wanted the item as a present and declined the offer. The package was returned and a refund issued.

    Boils quickly and easy to refill as you take the lid off completely so this will help to descale much more efficiently too. Looks smart and classy complementing my black and white themed kitchen 👌 would definitely recommend 👌

    Nice kettle

    At first I thought it was a little large but after using it a few times that's not a bad thing. The lid is easy to remove and put on. The kettle is easy to fill and has more functions. I particularly like the neat base, same shiny finish as the kettle.
