The target's torso in the manufacturer's picture that we were provided with is slightly longer than the actual product. We provided this customer with a prepaid return label and we will issue a full refund once we receive them back. No need for negative feedback. The warehouse staff sent the CR123 batteries instead of the CR123A batteries. We supplied the customer with a prepaid return label and will send the correct batteries. NJPS911 always does everything to make our customers happy. This was a simple mistake at the warehouse and we will fix our error 100%!
