a great dvd
this film is amazing. being a recovering alcoholic myself its an insiration to watch. its shows that there is light at the end of the tunnel for people in addiction if they so choose to try and get help

Worth watching once
This is a light hearted movie with a semi-serious idea at the core. Sandra Bullock plays this well as she always plays somewhere in the middle of silly comedy and serious acting. The plot is a bit weak in places, but some of the characters you grow to like and its bound to get a few laughs. This is more of a chick flick movie but its not oversensitive so guys may find it watchable. Overall, this is by no means a classic but probably worth watching once.This is a light hearted movie with a semi-serious idea at the core. i love sandra bullock she is a good actress the film was good and was better than i had heard. people said it was ok but thought it was excellent! best dvd have brought in ages.

A salutory ,but funny tale of alcoholic excess .Starring Sandra Bullock and the compulsory baddie ,handsome englishman Dominic west, who plays her lover . Its car crash veiwing ,chick flick humour and a happy ending . I bought it because I liked the other titles the seller had listed and therefore trusted her description .

A great film that faces some difficult issues of Drink/Drug dependancy. Where a young woman (Sandra Bullock) who is a drunk in everyone elses eyes except her own, has to face up to this fact after an accident and decide if she wants to change.
