Bakery arrived with part of the base broken into little pieces. Contacted the seller, who said to take it up with UPS because it was fine when he packed it. I pointed out it was packed poorly, which allowed it to sustain damage. He said it was not packed poorly and accused me of dropping it and blaming him.
