Disappointing.
You can't see the final performance of the form. It's dark. You see silhouettes, only parts of the person not the whole body. Can't see what the feet or hands are doing. The video of the long form shows everything perfectly. This fails.

Tai Chi For Health with Terry Dunn (1990,VHS)
Over twenty years ago while practicing Chi Kung and studying the martial arts, I decided to practice Yang Style Tai Chi.Most media do not mention the style.Terry Dunn leads you step by step through the Short Form of Yang Tai Chi. I found this out by researching the tape.Dorian Ross is a gold metal winner in this style.He is with GIAM.Suggest that you go there for the Long Form.It would be classicly correct.Yang,Mwing Jing is a good source,too. I do his Eight Brocade Qi Gong every morning.Over twenty years ago while practicing Chi Kung and studying the martial arts, I decided to practice Yang Style Tai Chi.Most media do not mention the style.Terry Dunn leads you step by step through the Short Form of Yang Tai Chi. I would recommend this cd to anyone interested in learning about tai chi. The beginning exercises are explained very well and lead into each other and he explains how they are used in playing tai chi. A very helpful cd.

Terry Dunn is an excellent teacher. This is my second tape, I bought this one to have a extra because I play it over and over to learn the moves. Anyone can learn with this tape.
