Mix, 1 tsp with half tsp of bi carbonated soda to make a facial or hand exfoliator. Leaves skin soft a nd glowing. Look up more uses, fantastic must have.

I use it on my face. It's also brilliant as a cleanser. Warm it in your hands, rub in well and wipe off make up with pads damp with warm water or a warm flannel. Keeps skin clear of spots which is surprising as its oily. I rub it in a bunion too and it is less red and angry looking. Next time i'll choose the pump dispenser
