    The Double Musky is a fabulous restaurant. The recipes in here are so good!

    The Double Musky restaurant in Girdwood, AK was my all-time favorite place to eat when I lived in Alaska for 18 years. I was happy to find out one day that they had written a cookbook! One of my favorite items were their jalapeno cheese rolls, so I made them first and they came out fabulous! They list the flour in pounds, not by cup, but it was easy to figure that out. Next were the stuffed mushrooms. Also so good! I'm looking forward to trying more recipes in the future!
