Der Artikel (3DStift) wurde ohne das auf der Verpackung abgebildete Netzteil geliefert. Ohne Netzteil lässt er sich jedoch nicht laden. Entsprechende Versuche sind fehlgeschlagen. Der Verkäufer fordert Fotos, kann diese aber nicht sehen, fordert Screenshots, hat diese aber angeblich nicht erhalten, obwohl alle gesendeten Mails inclusive Anhänge bei mir problemlos abgehen! Also: Artikel mangelhaft, Verkäuferkontakt freundlich aber nicht kooperativ.

wir haben nicht erwähnt, dass der Artikel einen Stromadapter enthält. Sowohl die Artikelbilder als auch die Artikellisten enthalten Anleitungen, die nur USB-Kabel enthalten. Ich konnte das von Ihnen erwähnte Bild mit dem Netzadapter nicht finden. Wenn die Bilder fehlerhaft sind, hoffe ich, dass Sie entsprechende Bilder zur Verfügung stellen können. Sollte sich herausstellen, dass es sich um unser Problem handelt, sind wir bereit, die Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
