No complaint raised, no opportunity to resolve the matter, just straight to leaving negative feedback! There's no way RM should have charged extra as the book was small, thin and well within the limits of 100g for a first class letter at £0.85. Upon receiving notice from RM that exra needs to be paid, you should hav informed me so that I could make a dispute with them. Failing that, raise a dispute with Ebay. Instead, you skip any resolution process and go straight to the negative feedback. SMH
