Superb ebayer offering a service really not available elsewhere. Communication was excellent and the seller went far beyond the ordinary to deliver five star service. In addition to repairing the item, the seller replaced a part at no additional cost (which had nothing to do with the original service) in order to return the item in like new condition. If not for seller, would have had to scrap a $400 hair dryer. Very impressed and highly, highly recommend.

A+ repair! I dropped the plug of my Dyson hair dryer on a hard tile floor, and the dryer wouldn't turn on. Decided to send our dryer based on positive reviews. Shipped on Wednesday from Kansas to Florida. Had it back today… repaired and returned in less than a week! The seller is very communicative and advised us the problem and the repair. No more burning smell. Time will tell how well the repair holds up, but for now I’m 100% satisfied and blown away by how fast and efficient this whole process was! Good alternative to a new $400+ dryer.
