My item arrived well packaged and on time. However, once opened, the description had not been completely correct. When contacted, Sweet Carolina Finds immediately agreed this was their mistake and offered refund, since they did not have the correct replacement. I received a shipping label and it was returned. When it was received back a full refund was given. In addition, I was offered 50%off anything in their store. Very pleased with Sweet Carolina Finds!
