Great for Beginners that enjoy dancing
I rated this Urban Heat Hip Hop workout DVD an average just for the fact that I do not get as much impact with this DVD. The moves seem to be fairly slow and repetitive. For one who is trying to learn dance steps or enjoys dancing this may not be bad, but it doesn't give a good enough "workout". I have taken formal dance classes for quite some time and I thought it would challenge me a little, but unfortunately it has not. I will continue with my SHAPE body camp DVD and 30-minute express workouts until I find a new Dance workout DVD that challenges me.I rated this Urban Heat Hip Hop workout DVD an average just for the fact that I do not get as much impact with this DVD. Gloria Araya does a fantastic job in this DVD! If you love to dance to hot fresh music, you'll go nuts over this one. These dance-inspired cardio routines are FUN, FUN, FUN! while acting as a fantastic cardio workout!

Hip-Hop Dance DVD
The performance seemed a little cheesy, but it was fun and upbeat. I felt a little bit silly doing this, so I was glad no one was watching me. But it's a good, fun way to work out, and it really brings up a sweat.

Good Exercise DVD
Good exercise for dancers. Kind of easy to keep up with, when you pick up the pace. Definitely would recommend it !!
