The description of cover was accurate. However, The #10 envelope the cover was sent did not have any stiffeners to help protect contents. The envelope was wrinkled and creased which damaged contents. I do not understand how one could mail a 140 year old paper item in this manner it was received. This seller will no longer be on my buy list.

If the cover was damaged in transit, you could have returned it for a refund without leaving negative feedback. I've been selling for more than 10 years on EBay; you're the 1st person to complain about how I ship covers. I try to keep shipping costs low. Would you be happier to pay $3.50 for shipping if I included a stiffener?
