Best bath salts for aches and pains
I've used epsom salts for years and was informed that this brand has more magnesium and better quality so knew I had to try them. Yep...they are amazing, large flakes that dissolve in the bath and eases all aches and pains. I'll be using this brand from now on.

The best stress relief
This is a very good value purchase compared to the health shops. Magnesium foot soaks and baths are a great way for the body to absorb the benefits of magnesium through the skin organs and for the minerals that aid relaxation to reach the cellular body.
