The bra got lost in the post, so Jewels and I passed several messages trying to sort this out. Eventually, the bra did arrive, the problem was ALL Royal Mail. So I can definitely say that if you get a problem Jewels is there to help you. The bra is lovely, very pleased with my purchase. I recommend this website shop. I have marked the question: did not arrive in time, but that is only a factual reply, not a reflection on Jewels as she did nothing wrong at all.
