I am a commercial fisherman and I purchased this outboard mainly because of the price. I received it quickly and the vendor had already emailed instructions about the motor not once but twice. The packaging was second to none and when I popped the cover I was surprised to see how simple it was to get at everything. Followed the instructions and could not be happier with this motor. I would definitely buy another Hangkai and most definitely try to find this vendor to purchase it from.

A 'No Problem' transaction. Quick replies, helpful, accurate measurement of depth, would definitely buy from again. I thought I received two left (or two right) sided parts instead of a left and a right because the little button to press for adjusting the height is on the inside of the product at one side and on the outside of the product on the other side, but looking at the photos, it seems this is just how it has been made by the manufacturer. Doesn't affect functionality at all. Very happy!
