Item not as described, complete different scent was sent. Contacted the seller to try and resolve the issue before leaving negative feedback. The seller said I should send the item back (I pay postage) and they would issue me a 80p refund? Which would be totally inconvenient and cost more money than the item is worth. Just a heads up really that if you are to order you’ll get something different than what you paid for and the seller isn’t bothered about assisting with their mistake!

The egg was in pieces, and the seller more or less blaming me, sent off loads of photographs, only to be told, they were unsuitable! Egg was not bubble wrapped and no Fragiile sticker on box! Disaster from start to finish! Will definitely not be buying from this seller again, as no apology or replacement egg!
