I thought the Lego games were for kids. Little bricks that fit together to build stuff with. Not this game. You play a police man sent on missions to save the city from the bad guys. Plenty of action and crime fight to go around as you climb swing run and drive to and from your missions all the while solving crime fighting puzzles. Simple mechanics make this fun for everyone. Lego games can be very entertaining, annoying, and addicting. I purchased this game out of pure excitement over two exciting facts, ROAMING FREE and COLLECTING LEGOS!!!! I have played many Lego games on a vast number of consoles. By far Lego City has left me utterly speechless! You play the character of Officer Chase Mcain! Your job, to save the city from the many evil criminals that inhabit it. I found myself spending hours collecting Legos from various objects before continuing into another mission. Stealing random cars was definitely among the favorite things to do in this game. The story-line is very long and can be quite annoying. The bad guys are basically the same just different costumes! Evil guy wants to do something bad, you fight several of his thugs and then fight him, must ... Lego games can be very entertaining, annoying, and addicting. The city is yours to roam, between the unlimited unlockables and the non-stop need to destroy objects for Legos, and the 3D beauty, believe me, if you are a Lego fan, Lego City Undercover is a MUST OWN!!!

Fun game for fast readers......
Bought for my 6yo. He has experience with mission games, so this was good for him. The only thing I was disappointed with is the lack of audio - a lot of captioning disappears too quickly for a young kid to read.

I'm a sucker for Lego and I loved the Wii U and Switch Lego City Undercover games. This game is a good fix if you're looking for more of that. Its load times are unfortunately just as slow as the others. It is a fun game if you love Lego and enjoy the Lego City universe.
