This jeweler made me a custom made ring from a picture I sent. eBay completely screwed up our deal by not authenticating it because the weight was slightly off from the description. Well the listing was made before making the custom ring so the weight would not match. I even told them I was ok with it. They sent it back to the seller and forced me to get a refund. I found another way and ended up getting the ring from this jeweler and let me tell you… AMAZING WORK and the BEST customer service.

I was sceptical at first due to the low price for such a beautiful ring, I started by communicating with the seller which provided in-depth and accurate information throughout my purchase. The process took a bit longer than expected however this is a tailor made item so it is understandable.
Eventually, when the ring arrived, I was shocked by the beauty but still had doubts so I went to a trusted jeweller in London and had the ring checked. Got 100% from jewellers. A+++++
