OUTSTANDING SERVICE. I contacted the seller about my delivery and the reply came within half an hour. Parcel was recieved and the slippers are really lovely and comfortable. My only coment is the the soles are quite hard even though it is leather. I wonder whether it is glued to something for extra support ? I feel sure it will soften with wear and remain very pleased with my purchase.
